She was so gentle, quick and completely painless, and she really put me at ease throughout. As a man, I wasn’t sure what to expect in what is often seen as a female space, but everyone made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. The other member of staff was also so friendly and smiley, offering me water and making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The whole experience felt professional, kind and relaxing.
